Shubh Deol is a lawyer practicing in Burlington, Ontario. He combines his experience in real estate, business law, estate planning, and civil litigation to provide holistic and value-added services to his clients' related needs. 

Shubh obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 2020 from City, University of London, in the United Kingdom. While completing his Certificate of Accreditation, Shubh worked as a law clerk and an articling student at a real estate law firm focused on assisting clients in residential and commercial transactions in the Greater Ottawa region. Before joining Cass & Bishop, Shubh worked at a boutique civil litigation law firm with a focus on personal injury, civil fraud, and real estate litigation. Called to the Bar in 2024, Shubh is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and has appeared before Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and Divisional Court branches on several occasions. He also has experience representing clients before various types of courts and tribunals in Ontario, such as the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB).
